5. Restocking Fees

Eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that are engaged in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to using stolen payment information or creating accounts under false pretenses.
