Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. The total shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping and do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

All shipments are FOB (Free on Board) from our facility in Augusta, NJ. This means that liability for the shipment transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

SWI Outlet Store is not liable for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your order is damaged in transit or does not arrive, you are responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
