Refund policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Products where fuel has been added.

  • Customized or special-order goods.

  • Opened electronics or personal care products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at jdopson@stevenwillandinc.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price. This fee, along with the original shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Damaged in Transit: If your item was damaged during shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy. You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Items with a manufacturing defect are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us at jdopson@stevenwillandinc.com, and we will assist you in processing a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Please provide photos of the defect and your proof of purchase.
